To the Blogger-in-Chief: With Middletown is so quiet this week, I invite you and your readers to join me at the nearest event, only five miles south of campus on route 17. There will be a candle light vigil on the Durham Town Green at 6:30 pm Wednesday March 19 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the invasion of Iraq and to honor the sacrifices made by our troops and their families.
